A listing may receive different status when it is taken off market. It depends on the listing agent’s interpretation of the situation.
“terminated”, “expired”, “suspended” all means the listing is off-market. The reasons can be different from case to case. Extended reading of this topic can be found on internet.

In some parts of Ontario, the real estate data source does not tell us if a listing is sold or not after it is taken off market. Further more, we are not allowed to show such listings after taken off market. These listings are marked as “Inactive” once taken off market.
