Although that\u2019s a lot of money, it\u2019s dramatically lower than the prices of&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/housesigma.com\/blog-en\/metro-vancouvers-top-5-priciest-home-listings-and-how-much-they-were-previously-bought-for\/\">Metro Vancouver\u2019s most expensive properties<\/a>, and it&#8217;s also lower than the top entry on <a href=\"https:\/\/housesigma.com\/blog-en\/calgarys-top-5-priciest-home-listings-and-how-much-they-were-previously-bought-for\/\">Calgary&#8217;s priciest home listings<\/a>.
